Q: Who are you?
A: We are a small company based in Las Vegas Nevada, started in 2012 as a hobby, born of frustration due to lack of sources for patches for cosplay, and nerd products in general. In 2015, we became a fully licensed business, and began to expand our products. We make everything in-house, from digitizing to final production.
Q: I would like to be sponsored! Do you offer sponsorships?
A: At the moment, we do not. It will be announced on our front page, and there will be a special contact form if this ever changes. All potential customers are more than welcome to purchase an item and do an honest review on their social media. We would be more than happy to share the review, and we always value the feedback!
Q: But you have merchandise for X streamer available, doesn't that count as sponsorship?
A: No, those are partnerships. Streamers receive a specific % of the money from the sale of each product from their gear line.
Q: I'm a streamer! How do I get you to add merchandise to the site for me?
A: While we are not able to accommodate all requests for those who want to add their streamer merchandise to our shop, we do our best to do so. If you are interested in partnering with us to have custom streamer merch added, feel free to use our contact form!
Q: I want a product I don't see on your site, but someone else said you made it for them. Is there a way for me to order it?
A: Yes! We are always adding new products, and we do offer custom orders as well. If you are interested in purchasing something that was made as a custom order, let us know and we will most likely be able to add it to the site for you to purchase (note: some orders are done as special one of a kind pieces, and we will not replicate those for other customers, sorry!).
Q: I placed an order X days ago! Why hasn't it shipped yet?
A: Patches and small accessories (scarves, key chains, bracelets, face masks) generally ship in 3-5 business days (Mon-Sat, not including US Federal holidays). Clothing takes a bit longer, as we have to source the base garments, inspect them, then add embroidery. We try to make this part as efficient and short as possible, but it can take 1-2 weeks. A tracking number will always be provided when a product ships as well.
Q: Why doesn't my order qualify for free shipping?
A: US (domestic) orders valued at $100 or greater before shipping and/or taxes are currently the only ones which qualify for free shipping.
Q: Why do I have to pay a customs fee if I'm outside the US?
A: Customs fees are taxes added by the purchasers country, and it is random if and when they are applied to a package. This would be true for any parcel going through the USPS service from the US. USPS shipping charges cover shipping only, not customs and customs handling fees by any other country or their mail service. International packages may be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges. Please note that we will not mark packages as “gift” to help you evade customs as that’s international mail fraud. We know customs can be quite a hassle, but unfortunately these fees are well beyond our control. Buyer beware, and know your countries laws to avoid disappointment.
Q: I need my order ASAP! Can you ship it sooner?
A: Possibly! Sometimes we have extra base garments on hand for the hoodies, shirts, etc so we can send those out faster than the 1-2 week estimate. Please note that there is a rush fee associated with all rush orders, and the fee will include Priority or Priority Express shipping. Rush orders will be mailed 24-48 hours after the order is paid for (48 hours if the order is placed on a Saturday, as the US does not have mail services on Sundays).
Q: What if my package is lost/stolen or damaged?
A: Shipping insurance is included on Priority and Express USPS domestic and international packages, as well as all UPS packages. Shipping insurance is not included on USPS First Class domestic or international. Please be aware that we cannot offer replacements on parcels shipped via this method.
If your tracking number states that your package is delivered but you have not received anything, please be sure to check your mail area (mailbox, lobby, front desk, etc), as well as with neighboring residences. If your tracking number says delivered and still nothing has turned up after 48 hours, please contact us using the contact form, and we will do our best to get the claims process underway as quickly as possible. Claims process and investigation typically takes 2-4 weeks before a refund or replacement can be provided.
