Policies

Payments: Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase, or your order will be canceled. Payment plans are accepted for large orders, although a deposit is required, and will be determined based on the total cost.  Deposits are non-refundable, as they will go towards paying for the supplies needed to make the order.

Shipping: All domestic and international orders will be sent USPS First Class, with upgrades available for signature confirmation and Priority for both domestic and international. Orders $100 or more include signature confirmation (US only, sorry), and added insurance. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties in their country. For international orders, please allow up to 5 weeks for customs, especially during the months of November/December.

Refunds and Exchanges: Any and all cancellation requests for orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Items that have been lost in the mail will be reported to USPS. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please message us and we will work with you on an exchange or refund to make the order right. We do not dispatch exchange items until we receive the original, and refunds are not granted until the item has been returned. Clothing (hoodies, cosplay shirts, aprons) cannot be returned due to the custom nature of the garments. Any exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase, and buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking.

Additional Policies: If you are looking for a large quantity of an item, or for patches for a special promotion (such as for prizes for a raffle, large cosplay groups etc) then please contact us! We will do our best to accommodate any requests. We reserve the right to decline any requests at our sole discretion. This does apply to Homestuck patches as well, in compliance with the Cease and Desist order published by Andrew Hussie. If you are looking for a certain size for a patch, or need your item for a deadline before my 3-5 day processing and shipping time, then please message us for a rush order fee and express shipping quote.
